1) What was your organization's total expense budget for 2011? Only include operating expenses. Do not include capital expenses.
2) What was the total number of FTE employees on average for 2011? Full Time Equivalents (FTE) is a way of including part time employees. A 20 hr/wk employee is .5 FTE. Two 20 hr/wk employees would equal 1.0 FTE.
3) What was the base salary for the ED/CEO in 2011? Do not include bonus or performance based compensation.
4) How much was the bonus or performance based compensation, if any, for 2011? Do not include base salary.
